GYPSY WOOD
Experiencing a bohemian childhood in the
surroundings of her mother's vintage clothing shop,
Gypsy grew up with a romantic love for classic couture
and costumes.
She studied classical and contemporary
dance at the Victorian College of The Arts graduating in
2000 with a Bachelor of Dance, going on to perform with
companies and festivals in London, Paris, Tokyo, and New
York. An International showgirl of the world, Gypsy's
favorite city is Paris where she fell in love with her
famous French lover, Krug Champagne.
Gypsy
combines her passion for dance and glamorous vintage
striptease, Old Hollywood and 50’s Cheesecake in her own
stylish burlesque acts. More than anything, she loves
being in front of an enthusiastic audience, thrilled
with the excitement of the unexpected. |

MARTY COFFEY
Marty's act is a clever combination of
spectacular juggling, fire eating and death defying
feats , all wrapped up with nonstop humour. Among his
routines are the uproarious apple, bowling ball and egg
juggle where he eats the apple during the stunt. There
is the "dangerous objects juggle" atop a two metre
unicycle where Marty enlists the help of the audience in
getting started. And of course he likes to finish on his
now famous chainsaw juggling with livekittens for the
stage act!. With or without cats his deftness for
combining hilarious patter, visual surpise gags and
tension building stunts always keeps the audience on the
edge of their seats.
Marty Coffey certainly has a sensational
approach to comedy based around juggling - or a
sensational approach to juggling basing it around
comedy. Whichever way you look at if Marty Coffey has a
sensational comedy act. |

classy and sophisticated and enjoying a real renaissance
internationally that I think is just starting here.”
Rachel St James.
Performed

FRANK BENNETT
In Rat
Pack heaven, Sammy, Dino and Frank are surrounded by
some angelic babes, taking a swig of scotch, throwing
some dice on the table, and looking down on the rest of
us… smiling because they know style, glamour and swagger
are not dead.
They're not dead because they
live on in Frank Bennett, the velvet toned, smooth
talking, tuxedo-clad, lounge lizard who refuses to
succumb to the edict of the aimless, fashion challenged
Nineties.
The so-called love child
of a Las Vegas showgirl, brought up in Birrong and now
residing in beachside Sydney, Frank Bennett is the
hipster who's hypnotised the Australian music scene by
intoxicating it with a huge martini glass of class. And
in the hands of Frank Bennett any song is only a black
bow tie away from chic cool. Radiohead, Pearl Jam,
Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Nick Cave and
The Cruel Sea all got the Bennett touch when he
transformed grung to glitz on his first album release,
"Five O'Clock Shadow". |
